New Classes at Bremerton Sports Center

Hello Students and families!

I've been working with the Bremerton Sports Center at Pendergast Park this past year to offer music classes. We're preparing a couple different classes for this next school year. Please see the list of different classes below.

• Preschool Prodigies: This elementary music class uses bells, videos, and coloring pages to expose 4-6 year-olds to musical pitch and literacy.

• Young Music Theory: This class will be geared towards 7-10 year olds. These students will develop music reading and even practice writing their own songs.

• String Orchestra: For students with prior experience on violin, viola, cello, and/or bass (at least 2 years). We will meet and learn to play a couple different songs as a string orchestra.

• Beginner orchestra: For students with no prior experience on violin, viola, cello, and/or bass and want to learn to play these instruments in a group setting.

Each class will need at least 5 students in order to meet. Exact times for each class have not been scheduled yet. If you are interested in any one of these classes, please reach out to me and let me know which class you're interested in.
