Hello Students and Families! Hope you all had a great week of Christmas celebrations!

If you’re not on the Rose Music Studio Community group ob Facebook, you’re missing a conversation we’re having about making the group better for the upcoming new year. This page was created to help unite students and friends into a community of music lovers. I’d like to improve the group to better accomplish this goal and have shared some ideas with people in the group. The current ideas we’ve been discussing are below.

Monthly video challenges.

Many of you are great performers. I’d love for us all to share more of our own music with each other. What do you think about a monthly challenge where I pick a theme and you respond to that theme with a song? It could be as long or as short as you want.

Monthly Zoom

EWe can do a monthly zoom call where we all log on and interact with each other. Activities on the call can vary from playing what we’re practicing to sharing some of our best musical stories.

Game

I’m investigating ways for us to play games in real time on the Facebook group. Want to make it something musically themed to stay on topic but also be just plan fun and engaging. Is this something you would be interested in?
